A spike in concurrent chat requests saturated our inference capacity, causing some messages to fail to complete or return a connection error. Affected requests showed a 'servers at capacity' notice and could be retried. We added capacity headroom and shipped streaming improvements to absorb the load, and the chat service has returned to normal. This incident affected the website chat only; the public API and Medical AI were not impacted.

A surge in concurrent reasoning requests exhausted GPU memory on the lucid-rf1-100b inference cluster, causing intermittent errors in chat. We scaled the cluster and added autoscaling headroom to absorb similar spikes.
Elevated API latency in EU region
