Accessibility Statement

We want LucidQuery to be usable by everyone. Here's where we stand and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Compliance Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we design with the European Accessibility Act in mind. Accessibility is treated as part of our build process, not an afterthought.

Accessible Features of Our Platform

Across our website and product we work to ensure:

  • Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements.
  • Semantic structure and ARIA labels for assistive technologies.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences on animated content.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt from mobile to desktop.

AI-Powered Accessibility

AGI 01 itself can lower barriers: it adapts to how you prefer to work and meets you where you are.

Content adaptation

Ask it to simplify, summarise, or rephrase content, translate between languages, or explain something a different way.

Multimodal understanding

It can describe images, read and interpret documents, and work across text and visual input, helping when one format isn't accessible to you.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Certain rich, interactive visualisations and third-party embeds can be difficult to use with some assistive technologies.

If you hit a barrier anywhere on LucidQuery, tell us. We treat accessibility issues as real bugs and prioritise them accordingly.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of LucidQuery. If you need information in an alternative format, or you encounter a barrier, contact us and we'll do our best to help and to provide what you need.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review new features against our standards, learn from user feedback, and update this statement as our platform evolves.
